We appreciate your support for our small family business. We do not offer refunds/returns/exchanges on pre-made protein muffins. We offer a 6 pack of pre-made so that you are able to try before commiting to a larger order. 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Moo's Protein Muffin Baking Mix, we offer a full refund, just cover shipping. Send us an email to rose@mooscanada.ca and we'll get back to you within 48 hours.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not offer refunds on discount codes not applied. Please ensure your discount code is applied prior to completing your purchase.

Discounted items will only be refunded in the form of a gift card.
