    Our Protein Muffin Mixes are versatile, delicious, and easy to prepare. Here’s what you need:

    • Unsweetened Apple Sauce

    • Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream

    • Your Choice of Oil

    Follow the simple instructions to bake the protein muffins. Here’s a handy tip: double the water to transform the mix into pancake or waffle batter! Customize with your favorite toppings for a nutritious and tasty snack.

    Each mix makes enough for a standard 12-cup muffin pan or a large 6-cup muffin pan, providing 6 servings with 20g of protein per serving.

    Best before:

    • Counter: 4-5 days

    • Refrigerator: 5-7 days

    • Freezer: Up to 6 months

    Our muffins freeze beautifully! Most customers, when they purchase in bulk they store them in the freezer and grab a few for the next couple days as needed. Just 25 minutes to defrost at room temperature or 30 seconds in the microwave for a quick, warm treat.


    For an extra-special touch, pop a thawed muffin into the air fryer for 5 minutes at 400C to enjoy a crispy muffin top, just like it came fresh from the oven.
