When will my order be delivered?

🚛 Edmonton Area Delivery will be every FRIDAY between 12pm-6pm.

(You will be notified when your order has been delivered - it is contactless delivery and you do not have to be home to accept it!)

What protein do you use?

We use whey protein isolate and egg whites as our main source of protein.

Do you have any vegan products?

We thought about it but our brand can be a bit contradicting if we did - our logo is a cow and our name is Moo's. Future plans may include a separate line of products but until then we will be using whey protein.

How do you store the baked protein muffins?

Best before on the counter for 5 days, in the refrigerator for 7 days and in the freezer for up to 6 months! They freeze really well - most customers pop them all in the freezer and take one out as they go (up to 20 mins to defrost or 30s in the microwave)

What is the shelf life of the protein muffin mix bags?

We put a best by date on each package for your convenience. A general rule of thumb is about 6 months. If for any reason, there is not best before date on your bag - we suggest going by the date you purchased it as we pack each bag by the order.

Where can I find the ingredients list and nutrition facts?

Each individual product page had a tab for nutrition facts. For mixes, see "description" and for pre-made, see "read more" 

How many protein muffins do one bag of mix make?

Each mix can produce enough for a standard 12 cup muffin pan or large 6 cup muffin pan. Each bag makes 6 servings (20g of protein per serving).
